No one ever called me after I spoke with the receptionist to schedule replacement of parts of my residential fence. Someone was supposed to call me within 2 days. After not hearing back in 3 days...

Someone was supposed to come give me an estimate, never showed. I texted guy to ask if they had stopped by, and he said he would check with his project manager, then no response and no one came out.

Horrible service. Expect to have to call at least five times before they actually do anything. Buit they will cash that check as soon as they get it. Money for nothing seems to be their motto.

I would recommend viking for anyone having fencing repair work done in Austin. Dan Cullson was promp in getting me an estimate and his crew headed by Dimas was professional and skilled .
