Very helpful Had a bizarre issue with my AT&T account where Verizon put hold on account. Folks here were extremely helpful on something that was beyond my control and theirs.

They are not willing to work. They will let you standing there to wait for an hour and they have staff talking joke to each other, but not come to do their job
