Founded in 1983, Eastwood Health Clinic a nonprofit, primary care family practice medical facility that serves the health care needs of residents in Houston. It is a Christian outreach clinic that treats more than 6,000 patients. The clinic performs several laboratory procedures. Eastwood Health Clinic provides family medicine and minor surgery services. It practices in the areas of gynecology geriatrics and pediatrics. The clinic is a part of the Methodist Hospital System, which is a nonprofit health care organization that offers services through a network of community-based hospitals. The Methodist Hospital System sponsors over 140 medical residents in nearly 20 programs.
