Memorial Hermann Sports Park – Katy is a full-range sports medicine facility on the campus of Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital. The facility houses Memorial Hermann Medical Group Katy Primary Care & Sports Medicine, Athlete Training and Health (ATH), UT Physicians Orthopedics, and Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute to provide medical care and athletic training.

Board-Certified in family medicine and sports medicine, Dr. Alzarka treats patients of all ages, starting at 5 years old. Her dual training equips her to evaluate and manage almost any patient need, including women’s health, pediatric care, chronic conditions, wellness and preventive care, and musculoskeletal conditions and injuries like sprains, broken bones, and concussions. She can also perform office-based procedures such as joint injections. She partners with her patients to achieve their health goals with a holistic approach to wellness, including guidance about nutrition and fitness principles. She speaks English, Arabic, and basic Spanish.
