Very rude staff especially the after hours nurse who answers the phone they're just so quick to rush you off the phone like dang ma'am you could've helped answer my question real quick but...

Long wait time. Staff is careless and No one comes in to give us heads up. Waited 3 hrs for fu appointment. Basically no acknowledgement from the staff.
