USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training, and track and field. My 7 year old son attended classes here for a few months. I would say just watch the coaches when your child is in class. My child was "reprimanded" by making him sit out of my sight with a coach...
