Ursuline Academy is an independent Catholic college preparatory school that provides education for young women in grades nine through 12. It provides academic education in various subjects, including social studies, English, technology, performing arts, computer sciences, math, foreign language, science, and health and physical education. It provides various student services, such as scholarships, financial assistance, advanced placement, summer internship programs and merit awards. It also provides counseling services that caters to meet the needs of every student from academic counseling and life skills education to college placements. The academy is the member of the National Associations of Independent Schools and is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest. Established in 1874, Ursuline Academy provides education to more than 800 young women and is located in Dallas.
