Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?I've always been interested in science and how technology can help people in their everyday lives. Gastroenterology provides a perfect blend of direct patient care and the use of technology to diagnose and treat complex disorders found in patients with GI conditions.Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?Most of what I do as a gastroenterologist on a daily basis involves colon cancer prevention and the treatment of reflux complications and peptic ulcer disease.
