Severely understaffed! The food line takes forever bc only one person working register. Kids waiting, for long periods of time, to be hooked/unhooked on rock climbing area. No one watching...

Urban Air is a fun, inside, park. There are trampolines, rope courses, hanging tram, and other fun stuff for kids. I highly recommend this for an afternoon of fun.

It would be terrific if someone was in charge...like a real adult...and if those working would do more than hang out at the front counter. We took too children both 11. We bought the highest...
