One of the mail carriers scanned a priority envelope I mailed delivered at the box of my nephew. A secure cluster box. He never recieved it. I believe the carrier stole the contents

The service here is AWFUL. They are incompetent at best. They do not keep flat rate shipping boxes stocked like they're supposed to & when you ring the bell for customer service they NEVER answer...
