Busiest location so far employees doing their best, very depressing place dim light all over counters all worn out walls with scratches all over, I don't see any improvement with this administration.

i never write reviews but now i got to. For 1 its not enough ppl in there, EVER so they are always swamped, the wait times are EXCESSIVE. Anyways i finally get to the counter just for them to tell...

Es pésimo para sacar el pasaporte, tenía cita para las 11:00 am y me atendieron hasta la 1:30 pm de lo peor la verdad! Pésimo servicio

Hidden away off Bellaire, busy street not a lot of people in line! Service was not bad either.
