United Space Alliance LLC (USA), a Limited Liability Company formed in 1996, was equally owned by The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation, and played a pivotal role in supporting NASA's human space operations. The company managed the Space Shuttle fleet and facilitated the planning, training, and operations for 55 Space Shuttle missions and over 35 International Space Station increments.
As of December 20, 2019, United Space Alliance is no longer an operating entity following its dissolution, having consolidated more than 30 heritage contracts associated with the Space Shuttle Program.
