United Space Alliance, LLC (USA) was a Limited Liability Company formed in 1996 by The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation. It consolidated over 30 heritage contracts and served as NASA's primary industry partner in human space operations, managing the Space Shuttle fleet and supporting missions to the International Space Station. However, as of December 20, 2019, USA is no longer an operating entity.
