All of their reps are overseas and you can't understand a word they are saying. When they know you have requested to take the survey they will not hang up.

I only give this company 1 star because 0 is not an option. They cover next to nothing and need pre authorization that takes 10 or more days for things as silly as 1% benzoyl peroxide face cream.
