History

We opened our doors in August 2015. We are a family owned facility that has been with the American Taekwondo Association for many years. Our instructors hold a variety of State, District, and World titles.

Specializing in traditional taekwondo, self-defense & anti-bullying principles, we customize your practice to your needs. We pride ourselves in our safety-first and professional approach to providing the highest quality Martial Arts training for all ages and levels of experience. Not only is Martial Arts training fun and great for self-defense, it's also a fantastic workout! Even the most basic kicking and punching exercises develop muscle tone and strength, improve flexibility and increase cardiovascular endurance. Add in use of resistance bands, wrist and ankle weights, partner drills, and body weight exercises, and your end result will be a challenging workout that you won't soon forget! We also offer specialty programs, including Self-Defense, Special Abilities - Physical and Cognitive, Anti-Bullying, S.H.A.R.P. (Sexual Harassment And Rape Prevention), and Traditional and Combat Weapons Training. Our classes include Tiny Tigers (ages 4 & up), Juniors (elementary/middle school students) and Adults (high school & up).
