Visiting friends in Baytown and thought of checking this out. It's located in Downtown which I expect to be a vibrant scene but it isn't. Perhaps it's Sunday and there wasn't much going on....

The umbrellas are no longer there! We drove to umbrella Alley in Baytown from Houston to see this. It was pretty, but did not have the umbrellas go when it's cooler. It's just way too hot out...
