Went to Ulta on 3-13-25 and the worker Ash was the very best and so very helpful, polite and I just had the best customer service I have ever had in that store. thanks Margaret

The customer service is terrible. I came in on two separate occasions and needed employees help to pick out and find an item, and they literally walked away as if I was disturbing their lunch.
