HistoryHaving been in the repair/service, engineering, product development, manufacturing, production, and logistics fields since I was 16 years old (now 45), for much of that time, I gave all my skills, education, and knowledge to others I worked for. We do not come in for five minutes and start throwing parts at your machine. We also do not start dismantling your machines immediately. We take our time and run as many tests to diagnose the issue correctly. If we can not figure it out in the allotted time, we will be honest and let you know we are stumped. We will then research some more on our own time to either figure it out or let you know it is unresolvable for us. We will also be honest and let you know if it is beyond our scope of expertise, if the repair will exceed 50% of a new machine or if it is time for a new machine just due to age or lack of parts available to repair. With so many years of experience and education, we are often correct in our diagnosis and resolve the issue timely, (even if it requires having to order parts). We use only Original manufacturer parts and avoid generics. We offer competitive pricing and can meet or beat written quotes if reasonable. We may not be the cheapest, but we are one of the most honest, thorough, experienced, persistent, caring, and best small/local (up and coming) companies available to serve you, the Customer.
