The cashier was very knowledgeable on the heating element I needed, the only thing I don't like is the hours but oh well

These guys walked me through the diagnosis over the phone. They then told me to bring the parts in and they would test them for free. They did and now for less than $40 bucks my AC is blowing...

Ordered paid for a dishwasher door latch. Part wasn't picked up in 30 days so now we're being told we forfeited the part and our monies paid because "they're not a storage facility" ... bad...
