The food at Tu Bones BBQ is ah-mazing!! I can only tell you about the oxtails, but from what I can gather, the other main dishes are worth every penny!! They're only at the Frisco Fresh Market...

History
In true Georgia tradition, Tu Bones BBQ comes from a history of Georgia Pit Barbecue masters like Michael Prince's grandfather, Tusome Prince, who started cooking pit barbecue in 1946 to make an honest wage. In 1948 he started the first pit barbecue diner called Tusome's BBQ Pit. When Michael was 10 years old his grandfather started teaching him how to cook pit barbecue. At the age of 12 he cooked his first whole hog on a cinder block-built pit in Tifton, Georgia. Michael has been turning out stellar barbecue since 1988. All it takes is a bite of the rib tips-smoky-moist, dry-rubbed, slicked with a tangy sauce-to know you've arrived at the heart and soul of Georgia 'cue. The ribs are classic with a peppery and sweet exterior, but meaty and tender on the inside. A scoop of coleslaw tops off the pulled pork. If your mouth isn't already watering, the perfect plate of pork ribs, rib tips, and a chopped pork sandwich is sure to do the trick.

Oh. My. God. This is not good - this place is walking distance from my home. What we got: 3 meat plate of pulled pork, ribs, and sausage & a brisket sandwich with Mac & cheese and baked beans....
You know how after a place is established for several years, the quality goes down? Not this place! Watch out if you come after 3pm though. More often than not the best bbq has been sold out....
I took my friend to the Frisco Farmer's Market. She loves bbq. We both bought bbq plates and neither of us were very happy. The meat was too fatty and the sides weren't great either. Back to...
Really good bbq. Definitely worth the wait. Plates portions were plentiful. Will be going back again.
