Truth Pizzeria is a small dine-in / take out restaurant located just east of downtown in San Antonio, Texas. TRUTH's focus is on simple, classic recipes using a wood-fired oven. Starting in 2013, as Sulla Strada Pizza, a new concept was born, combining a wood-fired pizza oven and a food truck. Proving not only to be a great idea but a great pizza, the customer base grew and the positive reviews started coming in. Fast forward to 2018, Sulla Strada Pizza traded in its truck keys for a new, brick and mortar restaurant, appropriately named Truth Pizzeria. Officially opening in June 2020, TRUTH has already started to make a (new) name for itself offering the same great pizza, same great sandwiches, and the same great service!
