History

I have been grilling for as long as I can remember. For the past 9 years I have been smoking briskets, chicken and ribs. I was always told how good my food is that in September 2018 I took the leap and opened up my shop. BBQ is my passion and as a chef I take pride in all my foods that I prepare.

We specialize in smoked brisket, chicken and ribs. When planing your next special event let us cater to all your dining needs. As a culinary graduate from South Texas College, I take pride in all my cooking in an effort to provide you with the best dining experience. I also have my shop where I make food daily Tuesdays thru Saturday. If you are in the mood for some good BBQ, then stop by and try our food and keep us in mind for your next event.
