Originally brainstormed on the back of a cocktail napkin, we started with just two people in a 700-square-foot apartment. Today, we have more than 150 employees, serve global blue-chip clients, and have enjoyed consistent year-over-year growth for more than a decade. The force driving this performance is CEO and co-founder Paula Manning Vincent. Widely respected as one of Houston's leading entrepreneurs, she is the co-author of Recruiting and Retaining Employees for Dummies and has nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry.
