Besides the long waits. The service was fine for a walkin. There was plenty of seating while I waited for service. Just make sure you read the requirements ahead to make your trip there go faster.
Stopped taking walk-ins an hour and a half earlier than their site says they take walk-ins. I guess they want to go home early and their time is more important than mine.
They have 30 cubicles to help people. Only 6 are currently open. WTF? Travis County at its finest. Waiting for an hour. One number called about every 10 minutes.
