This company appears to be well-run and supported by extremely competent employees. I'm completely impressed with everyone I speak to, and my business with them has gone as smoothly as possible.

Agent was denying claim even before seeing any damage. Company makes billions but refuses coverage for storm damage. Agent was dismissive and rude!! Do not use this company!!!!

Slow leaking refrigerator produces invisible leak until wood floor is rotting out. Travlers inspected, measured, discussed coverages for two weeks, then arbitrarily denies all coverage.
