Zachry ), the largest International Paper, paper mill in the world ( Brown & Root ), a 75 mile 82" water line from Lake Texoma to Fort Worth, Texas ( North Texas Municipal Water Authority ) and numerous other major projects throughout the State that make us highly qualified to successfully guide this venture.
