Trails West Retreat

Trails West Retreat is located 5 miles from Round Top in a lovely, rolling area with lots of tall trees and gardens on a small creek with bridges across. It has a unique rock ledge waterfall with an observation deck and many walking trails. Trails West Retreat is very family and pet friendly and a great place for family reunions or for smaller wedding receptions. Our Pavilion features a full kitchen and picnic tables with grills and a wonderful outdoor rock fireplace. Our four fully furnished rental cabins each have their own grill, deck and outdoor furniture. Our Country Cottage can sleep up to 12. There is in addition a 29 ft Travel Trailer that can extend the number of guests up to 25. With the cabins and our Eagles's Nest Lodge B&B we can overnight up to 40 persons. We also have campsites for tents in conjunction with a cabin rental. Trails West Retreat is very conveniently located to the Round Top spring and fall Antique Show venues and also to the UT Winedale Shakespeare theatre (only 1 mile) and the wonderful orchestra at Festival Hill (5 miles). Festival Hill is a jewel of its own where not only classical music can be enjoyed but also plays, ballets, and many other events. Our Retreat is actually closer to Round Top than it is to Burton which is only our mail route. Our Pavilion can handle up to 125 guests and there are two playgrounds in addition to all the walking trails through the woods.
