Can only comment on their pet meds service. Promised med would go out in 2 days. Didn't go out for 8. But worse, i paid for it, got it (a 3 mo supply) And then they billed me the same amount...

Last year toward the end, this tractor supply went down the tubes, they lost the one manager that cared about the customers and made sure he had the staff that knew what they were talking about....
