Talk about lack of patient care... their office needs to get there stuff together. They never call you back when they state "I will call you right back". Make an appointment and not honor it and...

They are horrible. You cannot make an appointment nor speak to a human. The recorded phone message says "you wait time is 2 minutes." IT IS NOT! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD TWICE FOR A TOTAL OF 10 MINUTES.

Been sitting it hospital gown for 50 minutes so far. Appt at 9 am and still waiting at 9:30. Tell you to be her at 8:30 for a 9 an appt. next time I will try a different and hopefully better...
