Okay, so I came upon Torrid for the first time in Phoenix and was so excited by the cute variety of styles, size range and especially the generously sized shoes. I didn't actually buy anything...

I don't know where to start. Poor customer service from management, unorganized clearance, people walk in and steal stuff all the time but none of the workers do anything about it. Web orders...
