Tony Lai, D.O.

Dr. Aaron Schrayer is a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon who completed advanced training at the Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia. He specializes in treating traumatic injuries, including pelvic and acetabular fractures, complex joint injuries, dislocations, and polytrauma cases. Dr. Schrayer offers expertise in both open and minimally invasive surgical techniques, as well as care in sports medicine, arthroscopy, joint replacement, and general orthopedics. He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and is passionate about helping patients recover mobility and function. A native of the Lewisville/Flower Mound area, Dr. Schrayer is proud to care for the community where he was born and raised.

Dr. David Neal earned his undergraduate degree in Biology at Texas Christian University. He attended UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX where he graduated first in his class. He completed residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Neal continued his medical training through a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA. There he mastered techniques in total knee and total hip replacement with emphasis on the direct anterior approach to the hip. Dr. Neal prides his work on maximizing his patient’s function and improving their quality of life through both non-operative and operative treatment. Dr. Neal is dedicated to caring for his patients.

Dr. Michael Willenborg is a foot and ankle specialist who has been serving the Flower Mound community since 2007. A native of Arlington, Texas, he played collegiate golf at UT Arlington before earning his medical degree from UT-Houston and completing his orthopedic residency at Wake Forest. He later completed fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery in Houston. Dr. Willenborg treats a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, tendon disorders, and deformities like bunions and flatfoot.
