Needs more employees, always backed up and takes FOREVER to just get to the register. Always trashed out and unorganized. Not the employees fault, the EMPLOYERS.

This is the most unorganized chaotic tjmaxx I've ever been in. It's impossible to find any clothes because they're not organized by size at all. There were dresses in the men's shirts section....

Had to stop in to do a return and spoke briefly with Ophelia, she was so kind and direct and answered our concerns about a return without a receipt. Treat her right TJ Maxx, you've got a good one...
