The place was packed. Should have known not to come on a Sunday. I literally had 2 items that I wanted to get, but to stand in a line of 20+ people, wasn't worth it to me. I'll come another day....

Worst customer service experience in years. I entered the store with a defective suitcase. There was a huge line. So before wasting my time, I asked an associate if I could return a carry on...

When there is a line of people waiting to check-out, serve them. Don't have multiple staff standing behind the checkout counter chatting for a very long time and ignoring customers.

Maybe open more registers when the line is 30 people long. You should pay more attention

I consider myself to be a reasonable and patient person but this tj maxx really tested that. Don't waste your time coming to this location, the inventory wasn't that great and was very messy...
