Thyme Matters emerged from a mixture of tradition and modernity in cuisine and the belief that El Pasoans are looking for – and deserve – more from a dining experience. What started as a catering business and a four table restaurant in 2004 is now a full service restaurant/bar that seats 140. Owner and Chef Alejandra Chávez alongside her husband and also proprietor Iván Torres envisioned a place where friends, families and business professionals could celebrate life’s victories, or just unwind at the end of a busy day.
