Why does it take more than half an hour to rent a car that you have already reserved? Why is the car that you reserved not on the lot where the rental car location is? This is the worst rental car...

Poor service they miss reservations they do not return calls to confirm rentals do not rent from this company the worst customer service...Even worse i called the 800 to complain and they had me...
