We were able to meet with Roger on Sunday (they're closed on the weekend) and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us (this was our first time dealing with something like this)....

This place is awful. The funeral director disappeared after the service started and when the rotating photos of the deceased finished, then advertisements showed up on the screen for Netflix...
