Third Coast Training | Triathlon Center

History

Third Coast Training opened it's doors in 2007 in Northwest Arkansas. In 2009 we opened our first triathlon training center in Houston, TX. Since then we've added satellite testing locations within the Greater Houston area in 2010. In 2013 Third Coast Training earned the designation as a USA Triathlon Performance Center. What does the designation mean? We have the tools to help you get started and to take you to the next level whether you are a junior, age-group, masters (40+), or grand master(70+) athlete.

Specialties

We're a Certified USA Triathlon Performance Center that catering to beginner triathletes. We have triathlon coaches and the latest in performance testing equipment to dial in your fitness and provide you with a custom triathlon training plan. In addition we provide Private Swimming lessons for adults and juniors in our heated indoor pool, sports massage therapy, altitude training and much more.
