The Westview School

The Westview School is a private, nonprofit school that serves children with learning differences and pervasive developmental disorders. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and licensed by The State of Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. The school is a member of the Houston Coalition of Special Schools and the Houston Association of Independent Schools. The Westview School enrolls more than 140 students in ages two through middle school. It offers various reading intervention, preschool, and language and social skills programs. In addition, the school operates a parent-teacher association that conducts monthly meetings. The Westview School, founded in 1981, is located in Houston.
