Get decent managers. I lived there 3 years and never had any issues other than being flooded when the upstairs apartment left a water faucet on during one of the many times water was shut off....

If we could give this apartment a NEGATIVE-10 stars I would. we lived at the complex for 2 years and got our cars and multiple neighbors cars broken into at least 5 times, they bust our windows...

Don't live here unless you want roaches in your kitchen no matter how clean you are or how many times you get your apartment pest controlled. They are in the walls!! Don't move here.
