Location and prices are good but the management and maintenance sucks because they didn't do anything about the mold issues this building has other than painted over moldy walls and cover the mold...

I have been living at the Ventana since summer 2016 and the only thing keeping me here are the good rental prices and location. If it weren't for those two things I would've been long gone by now....
