Great location for me. This is a brand new UPS. It is very clean, never a long wait and the staff is always so polite and helpful. They greet you right when you walk in and it's always an easy visit.

So friendly! Great assistance. Above and beyond customer service. Automatic doors makes it nice and easy to carry packages in/out. The location is clean, easy to find, and great service!

Overcharging. I am able to pull the same shipping options/speed online for half the price of what they charged me. They obviously are lying to their customers to get them to pick the more expensive.
