Needed to drop off some shoes to be shipped back to company, grant it they were in a box but gentleman told me they had to be in another box and there was a 2.00 charge ok sir no fight in me today...

When you call a woman answers the phone "Hello" so it seems like you're calling a private number & not a business. Every time I've call i had to ask "Is this the UPS store?" It's really unprofessional

Always fast service when I'm dropping my Amazon return packages. If you are mailing your own package make sure you have a box and tape because they charge for those things and it's not cheap.

The best UPS location that I ever visited..... The staff are very helpful and courteous... So far I have never been charged for printing the return package label.... Keep my finger crossed as...
