Requested a package be sent to this UPS Store since I was out of town and not able to retrieve the package at home. This store refused the package even though it was an option on their website....

Do not drop off your items at this store!! They stoled a package I was sending in their Post Office bin and now I'm out $600 because someone stoled it.

Lost my husband's $300+ pair of shoes. No one takes ownership. I absolutely would not trust dropping anything off without them giving a receipt. I would not drop anything off here that you expect...
