I asked for the cheapest package rate to Illinois. Charged me $34.00. Looked it up when I got home. It should have been under $11.00 . I guess I was charged extra for the attitude!!

After scheduling a notary appointment and receiving a confirmation, when I arrived on time there was no notary there. Beware, better call first.
