After more than 20 years of rehabilitating the most difficult neuro-musculoskeletal cases, we discovered that the greatest benefit in your fitness program, pain management, sports medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, mobility, general sense of well-being, and speed of recovery, came from individualized stretching. Hence the need for the creation of The Stretch Bar in Dallas. We offer individualized and personal "one-on-one" stretching sessions with a trained experienced professional stretch therapist.
