There are multiple places to eat at Houston Hobby Airport. I always looked forward to Pappa's Burgers or Pappadeux. Unfortunately, both are gone. I stopped at The Spot near Gate 1. Horrible...

Pretty good spot for breakfast. The food was warm, tasty, and portions were just right. Service was quick and friendly too. Nothing fancy, but it definitely hit the spot for a simple, solid breakfast.
