We've been here over a year and it's gone downhill. Washers are broken every week, a dryer currently broken with the button just laying on top. For $800 a month, you can get more, at other...

Review - the highest priced RV park in all of West Texas. Who is now raising rates to $800 a month! The "upgrades" they added are new signs around the park. Oh and a new concrete slab for the park...

Very nice. Everything is kept up very nice. Too bad the dog park did not have grass for dog. It's all dirt with urin smell. Everything else was nice.
