Energy. How befitting that in a city anointed its capital there is a restaurant that has captured its glow. The Remington Restaurant presents a dining experience a lot like Houston - decidedly Modern American with a definite dash of Texas. There’s an open range of envelope-pushing dishes which highlight a feast of fresh, locally produced ingredients and an international approach to their preparation. Busy executives can take advantage of a special lunch menu that adheres to tight schedules without sacrificing culinary excellence. The sun-spackled dining room is open for breakfast and lunch, with evening dining available on Fridays and Saturdays. The dining venue also offers outdoor seating, weather permitting.

Atmosphere and service is what I would describe as top quality. Drinks are well made, and the mood inviting. One of the best bars in Houston.
