The Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program is managed by the Lone Star Family Health Center, which was founded in 2002 and provides medical care services to the residents of Montgomery County in Texas. The Lone Star Family Health Center specializes in the treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
