Do it! I've had personal trainers. Done the class pass thing. Boot camps, etc. While those things can be a fun way to work out, PW will get you results. It is by no means easy. Your muscles...

Have been working out twice a week for over a year. It's intense but no injuries.My core is stronger. I have measurable changes in muscle mass. I can recommend this location for all ages.
